These Terms & Conditions govern your use of whyrisegroup.company, operated by Rise RE LLC ("Rise," "we," "us," or "our"). Use the website only if you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
We may revise these terms by publishing a new version with an updated date. Changes apply going forward, subject to any notice or consent required by law. These terms do not replace a separate written agreement you may have with Rise.
2. The website and our services
This website introduces Rise RE LLC and opportunities for real estate agents to learn about our team. Information on the site is general; it is not an employment offer, an agreement to affiliate with a brokerage, or a promise of earnings, leads, commissions, or business results. Any affiliation requires a separate agreement and applicable licensing.
The site is intended for adults age 18 or older. Its contact form currently does not send your details to Rise or sign you up for messages. To reach us directly, use the contact information below.
Visiting the site, entering a phone number, or accepting these terms does not by itself authorize marketing texts or automated calls. Any SMS enrollment requires a separate affirmative choice. Choosing not to receive marketing messages does not affect your ability to inquire about Rise.

SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you separately enroll in a Rise RE LLC text messaging program. The contact form on this website does not currently complete enrollment or send messages.
- Messages you choose. Informational messages may concern appointments, requested follow-ups, and service updates. A separate marketing opt-in may cover agent opportunities, events, training, and offers. We will honor the categories you select.
- Your choice. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase anything, receive services, or explore joining the team. Provide only a number you own or are authorized to use.
- Frequency and cost. The number of messages depends on your requests and subscriptions. Your mobile provider may charge for messages and data under your plan.
- Stop messages. Reply STOP to a Rise text to unsubscribe. A final message may confirm your request. Further program messages will stop unless you choose to enroll again.
- Get help. Reply HELP to a program message, or email developer@therise.group. You can also use that address to withdraw consent or tell us that your number has changed.
- Delivery. Delivery depends on your carrier and network. Mobile carriers are not responsible for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive.
- Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in records will not be sold or provided to third parties or affiliates for their promotional use. Read the Privacy Policy for more about information handling.
